Sunlight studies

Sunlight reports are digital content delivered after payment confirmation, so they do not have the same generation/review delay as AI image orders. Review the free preview and confirm the location before buying. If a report is missing, corrupt, has a calculation defect, or raises an applicable withdrawal or other statutory-rights request, contact the published support address with the purchase ID. The operator can reconcile payment or submit a full refund to the original method. Deleting the archive does not itself request a refund.

A full refund or payment dispute pauses report access and the associated care entitlement. A downloaded report cannot be recalled. An incorrect unconfirmed house pin, an obstructed view or a weather-dependent result is not proof of the promised astronomical model failing; mandatory remedies still apply. An AI planning API failure is recorded and not automatically retried: contact support to review the issue and any remedy owed.

Before delivery

Cancel from your private project page before delivery for a full refund. We stop further generation and pause image access while the refund is processed. We also submit a full refund if a paid project is not delivered within 48 hours.

After delivery

If images are corrupt, missing or substantially fail the accepted brief, contact the published support address within 14 days. Include your project ID and a description of the problem. We can offer a limited retry or refund after checking the issue. We do not guarantee exact geometry, a specific subjective aesthetic or a buildable plan. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Payment timing

Refunds go back to the original Stripe payment method. A submitted refund is not a promise of immediate arrival; bank and payment-method timing varies. If confirmation is delayed, contact support and do not place a duplicate order to resolve it.

Your rights

This policy supplements, and does not waive, statutory consumer rights. Early service-start consent does not itself remove withdrawal rights. The operator must review requirements in its establishment and target markets before enabling sales.
