What you buy

The single-space package is $19 USD plus applicable taxes shown at checkout. It includes three reviewed AI concept images for one submitted room, your original image and a design brief. There is no recurring subscription. Delivery is through your private project link within 48 hours of confirmed payment, or we submit a full refund.

Sunlight study and villa care

The sunlight package is a separate $19 USD purchase plus applicable tax. It covers one confirmed location and one report year: four representative seasonal sun paths, twelve monthly reference days, a printable report and CSV, plus 365 days of optional maintenance emails. It does not automatically renew. The paid report is made available after confirmed payment; a delayed payment method can delay access. The price also includes one optional AI planning API call when that feature is configured; availability is shown in the archive. An interrupted or failed call is not silently repeated; contact support for review.

You must confirm the exact property coordinates, IANA time zone and true-north wall bearing before purchasing. The saved report is a snapshot; changing the archive does not change an existing report. Sunlight calculations use SunCalc 2.1.0 and astronomical algorithms. Seasonal dates are representative calendar dates. The wall-facing estimate uses five-minute samples. These are unobstructed-sky estimates, not measurements of indoor light, building shadows, weather, irradiance, daylight compliance or energy yield. Supported latitudes are -89.9° to 89.9° and report years 2020–2040.

The free archive holds up to 100 maintenance records, 100 equipment records and 500 cost records and expires after 30 days without a purchase. A purchase extends archive retention until 30 days after the latest 365-day care period ends. Up to 20 report purchases can be stored per villa. Completion of a repeating task preserves its history and creates the next dated task. Reminders are off initially; enable or disable them in your archive. One email is scheduled per due item, up to seven calendar days ahead or when overdue. Delivery depends on the service and mail provider; reminders are not emergency monitoring or professional inspections.

Optional AI planning sends saved property notes, up to 30 maintenance records and solar summaries to the disclosed API provider only when requested. Suggestions do not certify structural conditions, code compliance, repairs or commercial returns. Street-address lookup uses OpenCage when configured; confirm all matches. A Google Maps link can supply coordinates without contacting Google. We do not fetch shortened links or identify building geometry from a map pin.

Sunlight calculations use SunCalc under its BSD 2-Clause license. See the third-party notices. This notice does not grant rights in any third-party map, shadow or AI service; any such service is available only when IBNBEE has separately configured and disclosed it.

Professional decisions

Images and briefs are design discussion materials. AI may alter geometry, doors, windows, proportions or details. Human review reduces obvious errors but does not certify dimensions, buildability, safety or code compliance. Use qualified local professionals for structural work, construction, electrical, plumbing, permits and site-specific decisions. We do not guarantee property value, rental income or occupancy.

Your photo and output

You confirm you have the required rights to submit the photo and request its processing. We may process it to fulfill your order but do not acquire ownership of your original image. You may use delivered concepts for your own project discussions and presentations, subject to third-party rights and applicable AI-provider terms. We do not promise exclusive copyright in AI output.

Do not present an AI concept as a photo of completed work. We are independent of accommodation marketplaces and do not provide platform accounts, reviews or property-listing services.

Starting work and cancellation

Creating an order does not trigger image generation; confirmed payment does. At checkout you request work to begin. You can cancel undelivered work from your project page for a full refund. This consent does not remove mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal rights. For delivered work, see the refund policy and contact support.

Private access and retention

Your villa archive uses a separate private link. Anyone holding it can view, change, export or delete the villa records. Keep a secure copy; browser session storage alone does not preserve access after closing the session. Paid receipts include the link by email. Export JSON records and save the report as PDF before expiry or deletion. Deleting already delivered reports is not a refund request. Contact support for applicable consumer remedies.

Save your private project link. Anyone holding it can access the order, cancel undelivered work or request deletion. Images are kept for 30 days after completion or refund unless removed earlier. Contact support with payment proof if you lose the link; do not email card details.

Applicable rights

Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. The operator must review these terms for its establishment and the countries where the service is offered before enabling sales.
